Returns and Refund Policy

We have a 30-day returns and refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and refund.  It is our policy to respond to you within four hours once you contact us. 

We will accept a return from you without you needing to give any reason, with no quibbles. Please note that your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn (except for trying the item on for size) or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

If the product was found upon delivery to be defective by you, then we will refund you the cost of returning the item (mailing cost) to us.

To start a return, you can simply mail the item to us at the address below or contact us at hello@dizzylegwear.com. We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or used gift cards.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. As soon as we receive it, we will make an exchange. 

Refunds 
You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method as soon as the return is received. If the item was defective we will also refund the cost of its return (mailing).
